Individual Therapy

We each have capacities, talents and our own perspectives. At times, you may feel alone or misunderstood. Still, your essential worth is discovered through intentional choices. What choices fit most authentically for you?

I can't promise answers, but I offer questions. Answers come and go; coping is the stuff of living. I will invite self-confidence to find your own "aha" moments. After all, aren't truths embedded in experiences, within and between words?

If you are looking for someone to encourage you without judgement, who will be honest, kind, fair and perpetually curious, give me a call.

Couples Therapy

Every so often I see a couple at the beginning of their relationship. Often, however, more relationship work happens after the passage of some time...

Whether you are struggling with your own issues, your partner's issues or feeling the impact of stressors from outside, I am able to offer support in your efforts to sustain yourselves and your relationship.

When commitments are clear, communication is open and actions converge, relationships can be energizing, affirming and joyful. Do you need some tweaking to get on the same page? Is it time to steer towards a common agenda with each other?

Family Therapy

So now that you've made it to this stage of your life, whether you are someone who had always longed for a family or someone who stumbled into this path, I am happy to work with you.

I see parents with young children, teens and even grown-up children with their older parents, blended families and the list goes on and on.

Wherever you are at this time, I am here to use my training and experience to facilitate difficult conversations. You are no longer just an individual, so together, we can find ways of optimizing how you can work together as a team or - even a family - to realize your true collective potential.
